As bad as they say. I ordered an Iphone yesterday before 18h which was supposed to arrive today but it has not even been sent. I ordered an specific colour only because delivery time was supposed to be shorter but now Im left waiting with no communication about the delay and wondering if i just been stolen 500€. You are not selling cheap products, the least you could do is comply with delivery times or communicate about it. I'll give it a couple of days, else I'll report this and contact Ideal.
