I bought a phone in new condition with deep scratches. The phone appears to be in old condition but they sell it as new and refuse to use it.

You also mentioned that your friend ordered a phone that, in your opinion, looks better, which is why you decided to exchange yours. Not all phones can be identical since these are used devices, but all of them meet the description on our website.
