Information regarding delivery is very misleading. On the website it says is on stock and delivery is between 2-5 days, which is not true and the phone is not in stock, only found out after contacting customer service when I reached asking for status update.
Waited over 2 weeks and haven't received my phone (even when they offered me to change for another colour that would be delivered within the following day).
Very unlucky with rude customer service (Olivia), where the person was very confrontational and raised her voice nummerous times. Do not recommend this company at all. At this point I'm still waiting to get the phone delivered just so I can start the refund process which I believe will take forever.

Olivia, along with another customer service agent, provided consistent answers to your inquiries, which we understand were repeated for over 20 minutes.
