I ordered a surprise gift for my friend, but unfortunately, it was never delivered. I’ve tried reaching out to your team several times, but have yet to receive any response. At this point, it feels like I’ve simply donated the cost of the brownie box without getting any service in return.
This situation is extremely disappointing and frankly, unacceptable. I expect better and would appreciate an immediate resolution.
