Working from past 6 years with big companies like Syntel, Deutsche Telekom, ING, ABN AMRO bank, Bank of Ireland and suddenly after 6 years I joined a new working atmosphere it's start up. So directly landed from Scale Up to start Up and I learned a lot and had change experience of Product market fit, stage of funding, team members roles, risk aversion, systems in place, management hiererchy, onboarding process and I had experience all very closely. Learned the new technologies in very fast paced and very productive as compare to scale up. It looks like, now I have experience and learning of start up and in situation to start a StartUp.
