Ivan was fantastic from the very beginning, he was able to tell us everything we needed just by sending a few photos across. We had been struggling to find the perfect dog door as our walls are 16 inches thick and most didn't accommodate that width. The installation was executed perfectly, including the moving of an outside tap, in 3 hours. I'm totally thrilled with the final product, as is our dog! It's aesthetic is so much nicer than a plastic flap and it feels far more secure also. We would definitely recommend Tomsgates to friends! Thanks again!!
