I bought notens in July, than I received email from post Nl that my parcel arrived to the service point, the next day I went to the point 'E.K.Service point' to take parcel, then this shop close with one paper that they had yearly vocation in July and Auguest. so I sent an email to this Top Noten immediately, they answered me they will send parcel directly to my home, but several days later, I received an email from postNL that the parcel was delivered to that service point again, I immediately forwarded this emai to Top Noten and tell them that was impossible, since then I got no more news from them. I waited until 2nd September when the service point opened after their vocation. But the shop owner told me that was impossible, beceause they have stopped their contract with PostNL untill June. So I send an emai to Top Noten on the same day to request them return me money, but untill today I didn't get any news from them.--Yan from Belgium Gent
