I ordered a lot of plants last year. They arrived in good condition and the delivery personnel also helped carried them into the garden as requested (thank you). Unfortunately the syringa tree and 2 camellias were not correct. And I can only know that this year, when the blooms are finally out. I've lodged a complaint, they've requested photos of the wrong tree and flowers as proof, and they've offered options to have the correct ones resent or money back. I wanted money back for the camellias and the tree if they have one flowering syringa, to make sure i have the correct one this one. But since it is unavailable, they've returned my money. So yes, I will definitely buy from this company and recommend it to others because I feel that they are honest and responsible.
