Thank you for your review. We appreciate it when you take the time to write us a review. Unfortunately, you are not satiesfied with the long delivery of your order.
We processed your order immediately after it arrived, only you indicated that you wanted to collect the package from us. We notified you of this, then we resolved it together and then sent your package.
All this has only caused you to receive your package a little later than if you had opted for immediate shipment.
