Unfortunately, during the visit I was provided with INCORRECT information on which I based my order - the metal bars in my stores CANNOT be removed. I indicated this by email. Your colleague reassured me this should be possible. Well, it is not on my order, so more than 2000 Euro spent for a product that does NOT meet all my requirements. I insisted by email, no reply.
