Very bad experience with the parking provider ValetSchipol. When I gave them the car keys, I asked if they will provide me any confirmation that they have received the car keys, to which the driver called his office and the person on the other side of the phone was very rude and started shouting and did not even listen to me what I was trying to say! He kept on saying I don’t care for your car and we are not thieves and just screaming on the phone. It’s only fair to ask for some sort of confirmation for the delivery of the car keys! And even if he had something else to say he could have said it in a nice way. It seems to me that he was doing a favor to me. I had another parking reservation with the provider which I cancelled right after this experience. I will never use the provider’s service nor will ever come back to use the service of Vliegen & Parkeren. I will make sure I discourage every person I know from using such parking service. It was damn insulting to be treated like this.
