I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my reservation , scheduled from 30-05-2024 to 13-04-2024. Despite following the instructions provided in the confirmation email, my experience caused significant distress and inconvenience.

As instructed, I called the provided number (+31(0)20-3697505) multiple times, one hour before my arrival, to inform the team of my impending arrival. Despite these efforts, there was no shuttle service available upon our arrival at the parking location. My family and I, including an infant, were left waiting with six pieces of luggage and no assistance.

This lack of service resulted in us missing our flight, which had been booked for EUR 2400. After much pleading and explaining our situation, we were eventually allowed to board due to a family emergency involving the death of two relatives.

This was incredibly stressful and traumatic for my family.
It has now been four days since this incident, and I have not received any communication from your end, let alone an apology or explanation. Due to the absence of your shuttle service, I had to park my car at the nearest available parking spot, incurring additional costs.
