Follow-up 03.March.2024: After several follow-up evidence, it was finally committed to provide a new battery as replacement of the defective one. However, when the "new" battery arrived on 28.Feb.2024, 4.5 months after the claim was firstly made, it was so evident that the provided item has been of extensive prior use; and moreover, it is another defective one that's not able to charge. This is not acceptable and we had to make another claim, we also reserve our right to pursue appropriate legal recourse for the Warranty.
Very poor. The battery leakage occurred a couple of months after delivery. We contacted this company and sent a video on the battery leakage/spark, but no response received.
