The worst in this site it that the client can choose few companies at the same time which means Werkspot charge them all. Most of the time client Just wants to be informed about eventual cost without the intention of renovation. Client as well have no idea that Werkspot is not free at all which offen leads them to contact only to say they are not interested. There were months that my company payed hundreds of euros without getting any client. It is not surprize that they have this luxorious office in the centre of Amsterdam!
