Website seemed fine. Although when I called the number to make a complaint the staff told me I had to do it by email and she did not take complaints. On your website I couldn’t immediately find the address. Only SMS, calling and leaving messages in boxes. Have left an SMS with complaint about the fact that the transportation plugs were not removed! A basic thing your team should have dealt with when they delivered the machine

The delivery guys forgot to take out the transportation plugs! The machine was moving violently around during the spin cycle. I called them back and SMSed several times included a video of the violently shaking machine! The same delivery guys came over and fiddled about with the legs didn’t solve the problem and told me to buy rubber stands. The shaking continued.
Since then I called a technician in not from this company who realised the problem and took out the transportation plugs. The machine now works fine!
I am furious with the company for all the distress caused and time wasted on something that is so simple to correct.
Your technician team clearly doesn’t know their ass from their elbow.
