Placed an order March 30th; delivery failed but the delivery adress was correct. This can happen but since then I try to get my money back. The order tracking information does show that the shoes were not delivered. Contacted Womenworks several time but they only reply: when return arrives, you receive a credit note. They are not willing to check with POSTNL where the package is and why it is not on its way back.
