I would like to be able to select hard/cold foam without calling - it would be nice to have a selection readily available, so that I could simply select the density, thickness and size of foam I need! Also some of the Dacron that I ordered was not cut very straight - it should have been 1 meter, but it was around 89cm at one and and 108cm at the other end. For me it was OK because I had waste anyway, but if I was counting on using the whole length it might have been a problem! :)
