We started with a small group of only five people. Froukje immediately made sure that there was a good vibe and that there was an environment wherein people would dare to make mistakes, practise and ask questions.
During the training we all defined our learning goals and she made sure that all of them got attention.
Although the training is open enrolment, it really felt like a customised training. There was a structure and there were slides but we kind of freewheeled through the program handling the topics we wanted to handle.
To conclude, a really nice training and an awesome trainer in Froukje van der Lende!
