We bought a youha breast pump online @bol.com with an external firm in august 2022. Last month my wife saw that 1 of the pumps was not performing as he should be. We contacted bol.com since the firm was no longer active on the site. They forwarded us to youha.nl. I took contact by whatsapp and was answered very politely and fast. They did a check of the serial numbers and will sent us a new pump the coming days. Great service!
