We needed to get a signet ring with a broken stone repaired. Marlies handled this expertly and expediently, and had the new stone engraved with our family crest -- the new ring/stone look great. Our living in the US was not a problem at all: we sent her the ring via insured USPS, and received the repaired ring back via DHL. And everything was done faster than we had expected. Marlies is very responsive, and the quality of the work is excellent.
