The worse experience ever. We are waiting for our sofa since end of July. Absolute lack of communication, ignoring our letter, answering only when they realising it could be problem for them, never call you back after repeating reassuring they will. Company has no one concrete name on their website, you will not get contact to manager, supervisor, anyone with responsibility beyond sales man, which is Nick and who reluctantly select what he will answer from your emails and who will write very positive review on his own company after lots of disappointing reviews from unsatisfied customers. Shame. Now we have been informed, our sofa will be delivered 12th week, which is in March, which is 8 months from order and we don't trust any more. They ignoring our complains and termination of contract, only sending emails with info about our "fantastic sofa" will be delivered. STEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR HAVE GOOD LAWYER!!!
