They are OK when products are in stock, but my last purchase had an item out of stock and I was not notified until after I paid - PLUS they still sent a track and trace email for the specific out of stock product indicating expected delivery times from PostNL (this was confusing and misleading). They did email me on 1 Sep advising a refund will be made, but it has not yet been received into my bank account. I have sent an email requesting info about the refund and am currently waiting for a reply.
