We were in a huge hurry to find a place, and we needed to find something within a month. When we applied to 123Wonen, we got a same-day viewing and contract.

We especially want to express our gratitude to Bart Christiaans, who was incredibly friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions. He was always responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the essential documents and understood the rental procedures. He even made sure to help us with the check-in and key handover process while he was on vacation!
