Duurde heel lang voor drankjes er waren, via de tablet besteld maar nooit de drankjes ontvangen uiteindelijk zelf moeten bestellen..

The laser game was really fun and the price for the package (2 laser games + 2 drinks & snacks) was good. However, the organization at the location was a mess. However, the organization at the location was a mess. Our time slot was given out to another group and the snacks took long/they could not find where we were sitting. The lady at the entrance was very helpful and tried to fix everything as best as she could.

We...This was a terrible experience. Our reservation was in the system, but we were not added to the laser game schedule. We had to wait over an hour to be added to someone else's private event. We only got one round out of the two I paid for and were not refunded. The reception worker told us that it wasn't her problem and not to bother her but to wait.
