I have been a customer for a while now. I purchase beef bone broth. Until my last delivery I was quite happy with the product. The broth that I recently received is more liquid. I would have... I would have expected a jelly consistency which is sign of collagen. Not sure going forward what the quality of my purchases are going to be.

We always prioritise our customers and try to find a solution to the issue.
As you may have read before, we write on our website: “Uniqueness in every batch”. What does that mean? Every batch, every broth will be different. Why?
1. We work with different small scale local farmers. The colour, taste and “jelly-ness” will depend on various aspects, such as: animal breed, their age, gender, different bone cuts (every butcher cuts it differently), time/season of the year.
2. We are Clean Food producers. We are fodmap friendly, take no shortcuts in our production, and never add any additives- every broth is the highest quality, and we use only the best bones and products! We can’t promise you the same consistency and colour for every batch, but we can always promise that you will receive the best quality.
3. If it’s not jelly (more runny consistency)- it is still high in collagen and protein! We check every batch before selling it. If it is not up to our standards- it will never reach your household.
We hope this answered your hesitation on our product quality and inconsistent consistency.

I have received it on13 januari 2022. So i am just started using it. But i already love it . the only thing is i am moslim and it is the rule it must be halal. I was looking for beef tallow for the first time . when i searched on the internet i found bab s broth. The ingredients were great and i thought let s try it.

Chicken broth met een lepeltje komijn en bieslook beetje zout. Neem ik elke dag. Heerlijk en vanaf week twee geen gespleten nagels meer en ze groeien als kool. Ook mijn huis zie ik verbeteren. Ik... Ik neem elke dag een halve pot. Perfect! Jammer dat het maar in een paar winkels te verkrijgen is. Maar ik laat het voortaan thuis bezorgen. Ook perfect geregeld.

De bestelling heb ik netjes verpakt en gekoeld ontvangen. Ook blij dat de vervoerder zich netjes aan de Corona regels houdt!

Als eerste maar eens een ouderwetse kippensoep gemaakt om de bouillon te proberen, de smaak is mooi diep en rijk. Het scheelt behoorlijk in tijd en het product is “schoon”.

Ik kook veelal Aziatisch dus als volgende staat Pho, Laksa, Onomichi Ramen of Soto op de planning.

Ik was op zoek naar een bouillon die ambachtelijk gemaakt wordt, een eerlijk product zonder toevoegingen.

Very happy to have found babsbonebroth products. I like to eat clean and natural and that’s exactly what they offer.

I always cook with animal fats and Babsbonebroth has them all. And I like to drink bone broth instead of tea in the winter.
