I ordered brushes and when I recieved the order, they were the same company, but not the... I ordered brushes and when I recieved the order, they were the same company, but not the brushes shown on the Boots.nl webpage. If you are going to do something like that, at least have the info that pictures and items you recieve may look different! I am not happy with this at all.

If I had known what items I would be getting, I would have not even bothered to order!!!!

Na het ontvangen van de mail "u kunt uw bestelling ophalen" bleek deze nog niet te zijn geleverd in de apotheek. Medewerkers deden alsof het raar was dat ik dacht dat het al geleverd zou zijn "want... Na het ontvangen van de mail "u kunt uw bestelling ophalen" bleek deze nog niet te zijn geleverd in de apotheek. Medewerkers deden alsof het raar was dat ik dacht dat het al geleverd zou zijn "want op maandag wordt nooit geleverd".
Iets wat ik niet kon weten, en al helemaal niet na de mail die zei dat ik het pakketje kon ophalen.
