I really didn't like the fact that 3 of the products came without an expiration date indication, and my facial cleansing mousse came without a lid, and being a pump kind of recipient, with an open... I really didn't like the fact that 3 of the products came without an expiration date indication, and my facial cleansing mousse came without a lid, and being a pump kind of recipient, with an open hole in its mouth, I find it antihygienic, specially during this pandemic, just like the facial cream without a protection seal lid to cover the hole where the cream comes out from.

We have informed our supplier about the seal, so the manufacturer can decide to add a seal in the future. Regarding the expiration date, some products have only a batchnumber stamped in the top/sharp side of the product. To assure our customers fresh and new products, we use a batchnumber/exp date and deliverydate registration system. Despite all these measures, a mistake is always possible, and if any THT problem with a product occurs, we will always solve it…:-)
