Ze zijn zeer vriendelijk zowel naar de klant als naar de dieren. In mijn geval een hond. Max gaat er met veel plezier heen en als ik Max ophaal dan ziet hij er keurig uit

Benny is pas 2x bij jullie geweest en ik merk dat hij het fantastisch vind bij jullie! Hij ziet er ook fantastisch uit als ik hem kom halen. Dus zeer tevreden/ blij met jullie!

It was good that they sent all the comunication and documentation in English, it is nice for us, expats, to have a place that we can understand everything. A point to be better could be send some updates about the dogs, i now it's a lot of work but could be nice to hear from them during the stay. Make us less anxious during the vacation. Thank you :)
