Very bad - the accu arrived on the next evening, eventhough I paid extra for same day delivery. The new accu is not charged and it doesn't have by far that much capacity, as it should. The new accu is not charged and it doesn't have by far that much capacity, as it should. They refused to take the old accu even they promised they would.
