This can happen, but what we were not happy about is the fact that this was not communicated to us until after I sent an email inquiring about why It had not been delivered yet. In the end, it turns out, the basket I had requested was out of stock and redelivery was delayed. I believe this information should have come from you, without me having to first contact you. Apart from that, all went well.
