The engineer opened the door and span the drum, then suggested we get a new one. I had to push him for a price to fix it. He said it would be approx 300 euro, so we were better getting a new one. Then he rang his colleague who gave him a quote of 680 euro for a new machine. By this point I lost confidence and trust, so declined to proceed with a new machine.
He was very quick to get his payment and leave very quickly. He was in the house less than 10 mins.
