I was completely ok with paying the price since it assured me that the 12 children would be having a great time, and that our 2 children that are celiac would have a meal option. The meal cancellation was announced 15 minutes before the meal. With no time to fix anything, just a bag of chips. the staff was poorly trained, they had no capacity of logistics for a group of children I I ended up having to prepare the entrance for the children because your staff members clearly are not trained to do things efficiently.
