We had a birthday on 2nd February. When we came in it was very busy at the door, i asked to put the cake in the fridge and where our table was. The supervisor i think Michael was very rude he told...We had a birthday on 2nd February. When we came in it was very busy at the door, i asked to put the cake in the fridge and where our table was. The supervisor i think Michael was very rude he told us we had to wait and fill forms which my husband was doing. Then i asked the staff if they would mind taking the cake then he came and yelled at me to tell me i cant ask the staff to do things around him. He then said he wont take the cake and kept yelling to the point i asked him twice to stop and walked away as i started to cry then he yelled at me for walking away from him which i explained i needed a moment because of how he was talking to me but even after i was crying he kept going. I understand customer service is what it is but we just walked in for my 9 year olds birthday and i never expected to be treated like that. I hope others never experience that supervisors attitude but ill never go back, thats not how you act with anyone especially a kids birthday party.
