Great experience! Everyone was very nice and professional. I don't speak any Dutch and everyone at the salon was accommodating and spoke to me in English which I appreciated. My hairdresser was... My hairdresser was great and kept checking in throughout the appointment to make sure we were on the same page about my haircut. She styled it for me after and I loved it. It was exactly what i was looking for.

Very professional and welcoming environment. My hairdresser also did an amazing job of checking in with me during the haircut to make sure it was what I was wanting and that she wasn't cutting too... 1) the comb that used by the student was full of somebody's hair – I did not expect new comb for me but at least a clean one. 2) I asked for inverse(internal) layers bob, but probably I explained it... 1) the comb that used by the student was full of somebody's hair – I did not expect new comb for me but at least a clean one. 2) I asked for inverse(internal) layers bob, but probably I explained it not well, so I got just a regular bob. 3) I lost a bit more length than I requested (maybe 1-2cm extra). 4) In the end the teacher told me that I can return and get refinement for free, which was nice. But now my hair is too short, so I will just wait a couple of months till the next haircut.
