Overall my hairdresser was a nice and pleasant woman but I wish that there was more attention to the special needs of my hair and I wish she followed my desires more closely. First of all it was an issue that my hair was bleached for 40 min — that is too long for my virgin roots. When I got home and took a closer look at my hair it looked striped and my highlights weren’t blended well at the top of my hair. They were noticeably a few tones too light. I specifically asked not to make my hair look unnatural but the chosen toner was unfortunately not dark enough and too ashy, in addition for the bleach staying too long on my hair. The hair doesn’t look horrible but it’s not what I asked for and showed in pictures so I wish I didn’t trust this stylist with coloring my hair. The haircut was fine.
