She listened to all my wishes as well as gave good advice, of course, with expectation exceeding results. Even though I had full trust in her, it was nice that there was a supervisor present and also advising on all decisions as well as allowing the students to make their own. It was overall really nice and I'm very happy with the whole experience.

Amazing! So happy. It was easy to make an appointment; I had a lot of time choice. The salon is located conveniently. There was someone to great me at reception, and I didn't have to wait more than... Amazing! So happy. It was easy to make an appointment; I had a lot of time choice. The salon is located conveniently. There was someone to great me at reception, and I didn't have to wait more than 5minutes. I don't speak Dutch, but it was no problem at all. My hairdresser (Romy) asked me what I wanted, listened to what I said, then explained to me what she thought she could do with what I wanted, and what I should do instead for my hair to be better. She made sure I understood what options I had , for treatments / products / pricing. She always asked if I was comfortable, like with the water temperature, etc. She did such a good job! Best haircut I have had in YEARS! My hair looks healthy, shiny, neat, the cut suits my face.
While in the salon I could see the teacher walking around, but she wasn't standing “on top” of the students, which was totally fine because they all seemed to know what they were doing. My hairdresser had to check 1 or 2 things with her teacher, but she knew what she was doing.
The salon was really clean, didn't look or feel like a school.
