I forgot to add my wife's boots to the order and they had it set up within minutes and provided a discount for MY MISTAKE. I received all items in perfect condition and they arrived so fast I didn't realize they had even shipped! Don't waste your time on other sites. This is my own review on my own accord, and I'm not receiving anything for writing this. I just want to share the news so you can stop wasting money/time on other sites.

I am from Wisconsin, USA and I recently purchased a Swiss Army Champ XL pocket knife from XL Outdoors. I was little hesitant about purchasing this from overseas whose website is in another... I am from Wisconsin, USA and I recently purchased a Swiss Army Champ XL pocket knife from XL Outdoors. I was little hesitant about purchasing this from overseas whose website is in another language. They had listed it at a great price and had good reviews. I expected shipping would take longer than normal, but I figured I would give it a try.

The order was placed 12/25/16 (Christmas Day) and the order was received in 3 days from Denmark with UPS expedited shipping for a couple extra bucks. It all came with the original packaging and instructions. I was very happy. It turned out with further inspection a small component (pin) was missing with the knife as listed on the packaging and descriptions.

I was little worried with no way of calling a foreign country or contacting customer service. There was an email listed, and figured it was my only shot of remedying the problem. XL responded within 5 hours of my email and found the missing part and shipped it immediately. I received the missing (pin) a few days later.

I was very satisfied with the cost, shipping, and customer service when I had initial doubts using an international retailer from overseas.

If you are from the US order away. They were great.

Les skis sont arrivés tous rayés avec des coups sur le dessus des skis qui ne doivent pas être dus au transport car le carton d'emballage était intact.
Bravo pour le sur délai de livraison.

Via marktplaats tweede hands ski's gekocht onder de status 'zo goed als nieuw' en zouden gewaxt en geslepen afgeleverd worden. Beide was niet het geval. Daarnaast heb ik ze ook nog moeten laten... Daarnaast heb ik ze ook nog moeten laten repareren vanwege te diepe beschadigingen (dit noem ik geen 'zo goed als nieuw'!)

Nadat ik hier bijna 2 jaar geleden een ski uitrusting had gekocht, kwam ik VANDAAG 17 november 2016 bij OUTDOOR XL _ Barendrecht terug, omdat mijn ski schoenen, mede door gebruik, niet meer comfortabel dicht gingen.

Ik werd onmiddellijk vriendelijk en professioneel tot tevredenheid geholpen, zonder enig gemorrel en VRIJ VAN KOSTEN.

Ook werd mij de gelegenheid geboden mijn huidige schoenen in te ruilen en de nieuwe 2017 editie aan te schaffen.
Gezien de interessante bij betaalprijs, ben ik hier op ingegaan.

Een klasse zaak, die ik van harte aanbeveel.
