Verpakkingsmateriaal netjes. Verzending zou wat sneller kunnen. Nu 2x een vulpen besteld waarvan de kleur in het echt heel anders eruit zag dan op de site.

The store has a lot of quality products, Pilot, Hobonichi, J. Herbin, Maruman, Lihit lab etc. and a lot of products as a customer can not find anywhere else. I really like the products. However, as a UX designer (web/visual), the online shopping experience is not perfect, there are still a lot of thing that can be improved. For example 1, the overall design of the website could be improved. 2. categories classification could be rearranged because it is hard to find things I want (In terms of seach bar, most of the users don't really know what they want to buy, and they just want to browser first). 3. Make the products the "focus point" instead of other things, like recommendation or ad, because they are sometimes a distraction.
I would recommend this website to my friends, and actually I did. I would absolutely buying more product on this website, and hope Penstore.nl really focus more on online assortment and UX.

Uitgebreid assortiment. Mijn favoriete onderdeel is 'Nieuw binnen' waar altijd innoverende producten zijn te vinden. Daarnaast leveren zij ook zeer snel.
