Jessica was very thorough, and helped us out at every step. The quality of service for Perfectrent is excellent, they exceeded our expectations have made the transition to the new house seamless.

Quick response times and flexibility (e.g. letting me collect the keys the day before I moved in).

Nothing really. The property I am renting had not been professionally cleaned beforehand, but this was more the fault of the tenant.

It was a bit unclear when I was applying to apartments on the website whether I had actually applied to one or not so I accidentally applied twice.

I have found my lovely apartment through Perfectrent. The person who helped me to in the whole process was Aniek, since the day number 1 that I went to look the place she was very friendly, polite... I have found my lovely apartment through Perfectrent. The person who helped me to in the whole process was Aniek, since the day number 1 that I went to look the place she was very friendly, polite and 100% profesional. (Spite there were a huge group of people at the time looking for the same place). Once I applied for this place, I was fortunately selected, and since then, thanks to Aniek all the process went smoothly and fast. The communication with her was top! Completely recommend her and the company!

Perfectrent was recommended to my be several people so I knew I can trust them. I was always informed in a timely manner about all steps in the process. My agent, Kirsten was helpful, kind and... My agent, Kirsten was helpful, kind and responsive. Even when some deadlines couldn't be made, I was in the loop and knew what to expect.

I received a quick reply to all my messages. The viewing was very pleasant, not too crowded and the agent really knew a lot about the flat and the landlord.

The forms where you have to take screenshots of documents and add them to a Word document were quite a pain to complete. A fully online form where you attach pfds would be a lot better.

Wij worden als huurders altijd heel fijn en tijdig op de hoogte gebracht van ontwikkelingen en werkzaamheden aan ons pand, door Tobias, of Jelle en zij staan open voor ideeën van ons en nemen onze klachten serieus.

Nog iets sneller soms werkzaamheden laten uitvoeren als dit nodig is. Hoewel ik aan de andere kant daar heel tevreden over ben.
