Nice dog bed selection but expensive shipping fees to other EU countries. Paid €40 for delivery to Ireland.

We understand that the shipping costs may be higher than you expected, especially since you are located in Ireland. Unfortunately, the shipping costs are determined by the shipping companies and are not something that we can control. We always do our best to find the most affordable shipping options for our customers, but we are at the mercy of the shipping companies. We are a bit confused that you would place an order and pay for the shipping costs, and then give us a bad review because of the shipping costs. If you were not happy with the shipping costs, you could have cancelled your order at any time before it was shipped.
We hope that you will still enjoy your new dog bed.

Het duurde wel iets langer voordat het binnen kwam (oorzaak postorderbedrijf die het op
