Karin had a practical, kind and professional approach she just knew exactly what I needed and made me feel safe and respected I would highly recommend!

After our intake meeting with Edith, we had Houda for the rest of the kraamzorg time - both me and my husband wish we could give six stars! This is our first baby, and we needed a lot of practical... After our intake meeting with Edith, we had Houda for the rest of the kraamzorg time - both me and my husband wish we could give six stars! This is our first baby, and we needed a lot of practical advice, which Houda gave and taught us in a very professional and also warm manner. In only one week, Houda gave us so many tips and tricks, showed and explained us all the essentials, and with her warm manner instilled in us the trust that we can take care of our daughter moving ahead. Houda also very much helped with practical things, help which was very welcome - especially during the first few days when I had to recover after a tough delivery.

All in all: top professional, but also warm, considerate and humane. We felt very close to her and very emotional in the last day when she had to go. We will surely miss her and definitely recommend!

We got Chalene as our care taker and we cannot thank her enough, she was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. It felt like we had always known her! For the last two days we got Samira and she was wonderful as well! She really knows her stuff and was so helpful. 5/5 stars from us!

We had a great experience, where we fully trusted our maternity nurse, all her advice was welcome and well placed. She was great with the baby, all our family, and our dog: we couldn’t have wanted... We had a great experience, where we fully trusted our maternity nurse, all her advice was welcome and well placed. She was great with the baby, all our family, and our dog: we couldn’t have wanted anyone better for us. We appreciated her experience and attention to keep our baby safe and healthy and also to allow me to rest after delivery. As first time parents, we also learned a lot about taking care of our baby and this week remains very memorable and a good transition to parenthood. The professionality and flexibility of the management is also important to emphasize.

Tijdens de intake had ik al een goed gevoel over Pro Care. Een enthousiaste dame die al mijn wensen duidelijk opschreef en dat was ook zo terug te lezen in het verslag dat ik later opgestuurd... Tijdens de intake had ik al een goed gevoel over Pro Care. Een enthousiaste dame die al mijn wensen duidelijk opschreef en dat was ook zo terug te lezen in het verslag dat ik later opgestuurd kreeg. In de kraamweek hebben we hulp ontvangen van Mandy. Ik had me geen betere hulp kunnen wensen! Ik ben iemand die erg graag hoort waarop het staat (No nonsens) en niet om de feiten heen draait. Daarnaast heeft ze 1 rondje door het huis gedaan om te kijken waar wat lag en ze heeft me de gehele week niet gevraagd, waar kan ik dit vinden etc. Hierdoor kon ik me focussen op de baby en mijn herstel. Ze heeft ontzettend fijne tips en hulp geboden en maakte goed gebruik van de groeigids. Soms lees ik nog even terug, zo van hoe zat het ook al weer. Al met al een SUPER kraamweek gehad, en ik weet zeker dat mijn vlotte herstel ook is dankzij de goede hulp van Mandy!

Onze kraamzorg werd verricht door Mandy. Voor ons was Mandy de perfecte kraamzorg omdat zij goed afstemde op onze behoefte en niet continu boven op ons lip zat. Ze luisterde en betrok ons beide... Onze kraamzorg werd verricht door Mandy. Voor ons was Mandy de perfecte kraamzorg omdat zij goed afstemde op onze behoefte en niet continu boven op ons lip zat. Ze luisterde en betrok ons beide evenveel bij de zorg van onze baby. Ze gaf hier en daar tips en was duidelijk in haar werkwijze en plannen voor de dag. Naast het feit dat ze een goeie kraamhulp is is ze ook erg sociaal, ze is vriendelijk tegen bezoek en betrekt deze ook in de zorg van de baby. Daarnaast heeft ze ook een gezonde dosis humor. Ik zou haar aan iedereen aanraden en zeker ook zelf weer Mandy aanvragen voor een volgende kraamperiode.

De organisatie zelf is ook goed. Zij kijken en luisteren naar jou ervaring en behoefte en maken keuzes voor jou die je zelf in de kraamperiode niet goed zou kunnen maken. Heel fijn allemaal!
