The toy was sealed and the package was completely disguised (no indication of the company's name).
I am very happy with their customer service, by sending me several emails regarding tracking the package and the invoice, and the toy which works as detailed on their website.
I just wished the toy had 7 speeds for thrust and 7 intensities for vibration.
Instead it has 3 speeds + 4 patterns for thrust and 3 intensities + 4 patterns for vibration.

Ik had iets besteld maar ben ook in Emmen in de winkel geweest. Ontzettend fijn geholpen met de lingerie die ik graag wilde. Zeer tevreden dus. En mijn partner ook. 😇😊

However, you refused. We cannot simply send a working model if we have not received the defective item back.
We find it very unfortunate that we were not able to find a solution together. Hopefully this will go better in the future.
