Customer Service Email ID provided on the website is wrong or not working. Received damaged products and there is no way to contact customer service. Sent an e-mail on klatenservice as no one to support on the phone number provided. Spiru should be more careful with packaging when sending products really upset with receiving damaged products.

We've observed that our customer service responded well within the indicated time. If you haven't seen this message yet, we recommend checking your spam folder, as our messages sometimes end up there.
